Price & Rental

What is the rental period based on the price indicated?

The price shown is for 3 days rental. For example, if your event is on 2nd April 2021, u may collect the items on 1st April 2021 and return to us on 3rd April 2021. If your event happens on Saturday, please return to us the following Monday.

What if I return the items late?

A late fee of RM50 per day per item will automatically be charged for rental items not returned on the specified date. This shall be deducted from the security deposit.

Can I extend the rental period? What should I do?

You can extend the rental period if the prop is available. Check availability on the website or contact us to find out.

Are you taking a rush order or a last-minute order?

Yes, if the prop is available and the condition is good for rent. Please contact us directly at +6016-322 0858 because on the website, you can only book 2 days prior to the event.

Delivery / Self-collect

Do you deliver and how much does the delivery cost?

Yes, we do. The delivery costs vary depending on the location and time of delivery.

Does the cost of delivery include labour?

Yes, the standard delivery cost is provided with 1 labour. If items requiring more than 1 labour are chargeable.

What if the location does not have freight /cargo lift?

Additional costs incurred for difficult access, particularly needed to use stairs. Always check with the venue provider on the lift and door sizes used to access.

Can I self-collect the items?

Yes, you can opt for self-collect between 9.30am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Please let us know in advance the timing. The items used on Saturday will have to return the following Monday. However, for items requiring installation, it is advisable that we deliver and install.

Where can I pick up the items?

We’re located in Kampung Cheras Baru. To find us, you can search “One Props Rental Asia Sdn Bhd” from Waze or Google Maps.

Payment

Do you deliver and how much does the delivery cost?

A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required to book the items. The balance is due at delivery / pick-up.
Full payments are accepted with pleasure at the time of booking. The balance due may be paid in advance if desired, or may be paid at delivery /pick-up.

What are the methods of payment?

You can pay us via paypal or online transfer. For online transfer, please send us the proof of payment after transfer has been made. For last-minute order, we also accept cash.

Why do I have to pay the security deposit?

If any item is returned late, lost, damaged, we will deduct from the security deposit.

How and when will you return my security deposit?

We prefer cash for the security deposit so we can return it once the items have returned to us nicely. For banked in security deposit, takes approximately 2 weeks to refund.

Cancellation

What's the cancellation policy?

Rentals can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the rental date. Due to the lack of time to re-rent the items, items cancelled without 2 weeks notice will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
